adequate Stay near the Cathedral

great welcome clean room narrow stairs broken blinds
The location was lovely. I had a great welcome and a clean room. The facilities were lovely in a hotel that is quite historic.
I had to negotiate many narrow stairs. I carried my case to get to my room and this was not ideal. The window would not open, so the room was stale. The blinds were broken, and they fell down.
